Founder/President

 William Holds degrees in Building Construction and Engineering Technology.   He has worked in construction since 1977, starting William R. Deickler Contracting, Inc., in 1984.  A licensed Realtor for over 20 years, William became a Real Estate Broker, obtained a GRI designation, and became an educator in the field.  His construction company continues to prosper due to the reputation gained from high quality work, reliability, and integrity.  William served as the former Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Masonicare, the largest not-for-profit health care company for seniors in the state of Connecticut, holding approximately $400 million in assets.  In that fiduciary position, William upheld ethical responsibilities to all stakeholders including thousands of senior citizens throughout the state.  He also spearheaded a six-year overhaul of the parent company, as well as its nine subsidiary corporations' bylaws and articles of incorporation.

Founder/Executive Vice President, Secretary

Paul earned BA degrees in both accounting and computer science and obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 1992. After years of public accounting experience in New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, Paul transitioned into international corporate accounting. For the past 25 years, Paul has secured Vice President and Chief Audit Executive (CAE) positions for NYSE and NASDAQ publicly traded companies in the financial service and insurance industries. Additionally, Paul has been involved in real estate financing, purchase, and disposition transactions since 1991. Paul currently serves as a commissioner and treasurer for the Ridgefield Housing Authority (RHA). The RHA is a five-member commission appointed by the Ridgefield Board of Selectmen and responsible for the oversight of operations of low- and moderate-income rental housing currently consisting of 152 units with approximately $13.7mm of total assets, $1.5mm gross revenue and $350k net operating income.

Susanmary holds a BA degree in English and a master's degree in clinical counseling.  Susanmary's creativity has been influenced all her life by her father who is a world-renowned designer and member of the Society of Visual Merchandising.  While Susanmary is inherently adept at building planning and interior space design, her draw toward social justice and human rights eventually led her to a career as a mental health counselor.  In 2019, Susanmary partnered with a licensed clinical social worker to create a psychotherapy practice which quickly grew to be a counseling and training collaborative benefitting several Connecticut communities. An entrepreneur, Susanmary has founded three profitable businesses which have served her community as well as supported her need to work from home while raising her five children.  Susanmary has been a real estate investor since 2012 and has worked with Pay Dirt on all projects lending to the company her design talents and passion for helping individuals within communities.
